This home was so lovely for my small family. Direct beach access was such a nice treat. We did have a problem with the dishwasher, but it was very quickly resolved and had no other issues during our weeklong stay. Zero complaints about this rental. It was very beautiful, modern and updated. I highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful 10 days in your lovely and very comfortable home! To be able to see and hear the ocean from the porch, walk to the beach in just a few steps, see both the sunrise, sunset, and the moon over the water has been such a blessing. Even the rain at the beginning of our stay was restful. Thank you so much for sharing your beach house! We will be back!

We had a great time staying at Pelican Pass! We saw tons of dolphins, pelicans, and a shark. We loved the spacious deck and living room, and the views were amazing! The water was perfect, and there were lots of fun places nearby (Ruby’s Coffeehouse, Needful Things Bookstore, Streatside Cafe), and the house was very clean and cozy.

Thank you for sharing this awesome house with us! It was our kids first time at the beach. They had a blast! It was also our first family vacation with their grandparents and aunt! We can’t wait to come back!

We have been enjoying Oak Island (Long Beach) for more than 35 years. The first 30 were at Aggie’s Place which was close to the former Long Beach Pier, and for the past five years here at Pelican Pass. Our kids have grown up having amazing vacations here. The house is beautiful and so welcoming! We are looking forward to next year already!
