Second Row Homes

A beach escape awaits in our Oak Island Second Row homes. These properties sit across the street from the ocean, offering stunning views and great access to the beach without being directly on the oceanfront. These spacious homes allow your whole group to rest and enjoy a beachy getaway.

Third & Fourth Row Homes

Oak Island is expansive. Third and Fourth Row homes provide ocean breezes, a quick walk to a nearby beach access, and many have water views. If you are looking for an enjoyable vacation in a comfortable home that is a walk to the beach, check out Third & Fourth row!

Condominiums

Ideal for a couples retreat or a small family trip, our Oak Island condos offer a variety of locations from oceanfront to third/fourth row. Pool privileges and grilling area are included with most condo rentals. Enjoy either a town, ocean or golf course view from your home-away-from-home within a short distance from the beach.

Duplex Homes

Perfect for families and friends seeking to stay close and still have their private quiet space. Our Duplex Homes rent a full house, or as individual duplex units. Full house rentals offer exterior door access, two living rooms and two kitchens. All Duplex Homes offer shared exterior common space areas. 

Waterview

Oak Island is surrounded by water. Many of our vacation homes are located near the Intracoastal Waterway, along quiet canals, or creekside. Kayakers, boaters, bird watchers, and fisherman all find these locations desirable year round. 

Island Homes

Oak Island offers a verity of homes nestled among the foliage and trees on the island offering a quieter retreat for couples and families.  While these Oak Island homes may not offer a view of the ocean, they are located within a reasonable walk, bike ride or a short car ride to the nearest beach access. 

Southport, NC

Historic Southport named one of the "Best Coastal Small Towns" by USA Today is a short drive to the beach and home to a charming downtown area lined with historic homes, locally owned restaurants, shops, art galleries, as well as several museums and historic sites.
