Festival by the Sea, an annual arts & crafts festival in Holden Beach, NC will include a parade, fishing tournament, live music, street dance, horseshoe tournament, sandcastle building contest, and more. This is the only time of the year that the picturesque Holden Beach bridge is open to pedestrian traffic.
