But it gets better because Sandy Daze is incredibly close to all Oak Island's restaurants, shops, groceries, post office and ice cream with many of these island services within walking distance. And easy 4 car parking will accommodate your vehicles and rigs. What a GREAT house and stay! This was the cleanest and nicest home we have rented at OKI. The front porch was a favorite spot with the gate closing to the stairs and our little dogs and toddler being able to join us outside safely. We loved the ocean views and the quiet street. While the home was fully equipped, it is worth mentioning that having some more hooks for towels, mixing bowls in the kitchen, and (personal preference) mattress zipped covers would be nice. We are already planning to stay here again next Summer and we look forward to it! Thank you, Sandy Daze for a wonderful vacation.
