This absolutely gorgeous, dog friendly 2nd row home with elevator was built in 2022 by a local premier builder with an open floor plan that has already made many unforgettable family vacations along with an established loyal guest following.  Enjoy the unmatched beach views from the covered porch any time of day, but when it's time for some fun in the sun, the beach access point is literally just across the street!  Retreat to the master bedroom with its own ensuite bath and flatscreen TV when its time to retire while two more comfortable bedrooms, each with their own flatscreen TVs, flank the hallway containing the second full bathroom and convenient laundry closet.  During your stay, family and friend fun time will be made in the great room with widescreen TV and comfy newer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, an area underneath to barbecue or play cornhole, take an outside shower or just hang out!   But it gets better because Sandy Daze is incredibly close to all Oak Island's restaurants, shops, groceries, post office and ice cream with many of these island services within walking distance.  And easy 4 car parking will accommodate your vehicles and rigs.  Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays.  3 night rates available in Resort - Value seasons, call for monthly wintertime rates.  Dog Fee $250 (max 2 dogs). No Smoking. Check in 3 - 5PM and Check out 10:00AM.

What a GREAT house and stay! This was the cleanest and nicest home we have rented at OKI. The front porch was a favorite spot with the gate closing to the stairs and our little dogs and toddler being able to join us outside safely. We loved the ocean views and the quiet street. While the home was fully equipped, it is worth mentioning that having some more hooks for towels, mixing bowls in the kitchen, and (personal preference) mattress zipped covers would be nice. We are already planning to stay here again next Summer and we look forward to it! Thank you, Sandy Daze for a wonderful vacation.
