A huge kid favorite is the BIG Toy Day at Oak Island's Cape Fear Regional Jetport. This annual event draws in a crowd of all ages, even those kids at heart, to see, touch and experience, big toys like fire trucks, helicopters, planes, boats, and more are all avaialble for kids to climb on and become educated about. This annual event wil be held from 10am - 4pm with food vendors, and delicious ice cream plus italian ice.
The Cape Fear Regional Jetport is located at 4015 Airport Rd on the mainland side of Oak Island.
