Security Deposit VS. Release Fee

If guests are bringing pets a damage deposit (plus a $150 pet fee and $50 for an additional dog plus tax) will still be required. A security deposit on homes used for event receptions is is also required. The owners of such homes have determined their individual deposits. Our staff is able to assist you in determing these charges.

Maid and Linen Service

All homes include departure maid service. We ask that guests do complete a short checklist before they leave their vacation rental. This list is provided at check in and also on the refrigerator as a reminder checklist. Many of or homes are also including linens this year as part of our " Total Package". Please see the property descriptions for homes that have included linens this year.
