PLACING A 2008 RESERVATION

on our website.
If the desired check-in date is less than 30 days away, you will be required to call us to make the rental payment in full via a Master Card or Visa Card.
If the check-in date is more than 30 days away, we will require a 50% pre-payment within 10 calendar days after making the reservation by phone. This pre-payment may be made via MasterCard, Visa, Traveler's Check, certified check, personal check, or money order.
Please note, there is a $45.00 non-refundable Reservation Processing Fee, plus tax on all reservations in addition to the pre-payment. No checks are accepted at check-in.
If the 50% pre-payment is not received within the 10-day period, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Due to high demand for these homes, we cannot extend the grace period beyond 10 days. If payment is made with a personal check and is returned for insufficient funds, no attempt to redeposit the check will be made and the reservation will be cancelled. There is a $50.00 returned check fee.
- After receiving your 50% pre-payment, you will be sent a Reservation Confirmation which indicates the pre-payment was received and the balance amount which will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date. This balance will include the reminaing rental prepayment, the current state and local occupancy taxes on the entire rental. It will also include either the damage deposit or the release fee and any other additional services selected by the guest.
