Placing a 2010 Reservation

Call Coastal Vacation Resorts Oak Island at 1-888-703-5469 or 1-910-457-9409 or make a reservation on our website.

If the desired check-in date is less than 30 days away, you will be required to call us to make the rental payment in full via a Master Card or Visa.

If the check-in date is more than 30 days away, we will require a 50% pre-payment within 10 calendar days after making the reservation by phone. This pre-payment may be made via MasterCard, Visa, Traveler's Check, certified check, personal check, or money order.

No checks are accepted at check-in.

If the 50% pre-payment is not received within the 10-day period, the reservation will be cancelled.

Due to high demand for these homes, we cannot extend the grace period beyond 10 days. If payment is made with a personal check and is returned for insufficient funds, no attempt to redeposit the check will be made and the reservation will be cancelled. There is a $50.00 returned check fee.
After receiving your 50% pre-payment, you will be sent a Reservation Confirmation which indicates the pre-payment was received and the balance amount which will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date. This balance will include the remaining rental prepayment, the current state and local occupancy taxes on the entire rental. It will also include any other additional services selected by the guest.

2011 Reservation Holds

To place a hold for your vacation for the 2011 season a $50 fee (plus tax) is required at the time of placing the reservation. Hold fees are not refundable but it does apply to your total reservation charge. Within the first two weeks of the new year you will receive your contract after which time a 50% payment is due by the 2nd week of February. Please contact our office if other arrangements need to be made for payment. The reservation will be cancelled without notice if this office does not receive payment within 30 days of the contract date. If the property is no longer available we will move your hold fee to another proepty of your choice or refund the money.
