MESSAGES / MAIL / PHONES / EMERGENCIES
Most Oak Island rental homes provide a phone for the convenience of making local, reverse,
or credit card calls only. Numbers with the prefix 457,
454, 278, 201, are local. Everything else is long distance. All other
calling is blocked
via a blocking service. Phone numbers will be provided on your Reservation
Confirmation and we ask that you leave this phone number at your home
with your family in case of emergency. You may pick up messages and mail
at
our
office
during regular business hours as only messages pertaining to extreme
emergencies will be delivered to vacation homes by our staff.
 EMERGENCIES
If you have an emergency during your stay, please call the after
hours number included on your Reservation Confirmation.
If you need assistance after office hours and it is not a true
emergency, please leave a message on our 24-hour message
service at 278-5405. The messages are checked the first thing
each morning and we will respond quickly. Emergency fax
service is available to our guests at a rate of $1/page.
