Many Oak Island rental homes do not provide a house phone except for 911 emergencies. Homes that do have phones will have the numbers provided on your Reservation Confirmation and we ask that you leave this phone number at your home with your family in case of emergency. We do have a 24 hour paging service active on our office lines for any after hours emergencies or messages. You may pick up messages and mail at our office during regular business hours as only messages pertaining to extreme emergencies will be delivered to vacation homes by our staff.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency during your stay, please call the after hours number included on your Reservation Confirmation. If you need assistance after office hours and it is not a true emergency, please leave a message on our 24-hour message service at 457-9409. The messages are checked the first thing each morning and we will respond quickly. Fax service is available to our guests at a rate of $1/page.
