Coastal Vacation Resorts, Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents
or injuries to guests, nor for loss of personal property. It is the
responsibility of each guest to keep the home locked and secured at all
times as well
as watch over the well-being of all members of his/her party. There
are no lifeguards on Oak Island, so please watch your children carefully.
Following your departure, if items have been left behind, there is
a
minimum $20 service charge to return the items C.O.D. Opening windows
should be avoided around small children.
TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE
COASTAL VACATION RESORTS offers Travel Guard "Protection Plus" Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance. If you desire coverage, premiums are due with your initial 50% pre--payment.
To decline coverage you must indicate this on the Reservation Confirmation you receive for the initial payment. You will not be offered this coverage after this one opportunity to purchase.
We advise you to seriously consider this trip insurance so you and your family will have coverage should an unforeseeable event occur.
