Check-Out

Departure Checklist

While departure cleaning is included in all weekly rentals, you are still required to complete the following before leaving your home:

  1. Return the air conditioner to 78 degrees or the furnace to 55 degrees.
  2. Remove all your food from the cabinets and refrigerator.
  3. Place all trash in the receptacles and roll them out to the curb before 8 am on Saturday.
  4. Replace bed coverings and pillows on all beds.
  5. Wash and put away all dishes.
  6. Return all furnishings to original position.
  7. Turn off all inside and outside lights, and ceiling fans.
  8. Lock all windows and doors.
  9. Return all keys to Coastal Vacation Resorts along with the completed report card.
